I fell throughout the project I have properly synthesised between my practical and theoretical investigation, and have been able to draw on information from many secondary and primary sources in order to directly influence and inform my project. I feel the information I gave gathered and gained throughout the project will definitely be useful in informing my practice moving forwards; both as an illustrator and an advertiser.
I feel as though my project to begin with was quite eclectic, as I didn’t have a specific outcome in mind from the beginning. This had both benefits and downsides; the good thing was that it allowed me to be able to fully investigate a number of different theories and ideas, as well as allowing me to properly refine my ideas. However, this also left me with less time to be able to move forward with my specific planned outcome, and I feel some of the images I produced suffered because of this.
I do feel as though the work I have produced during the module isn't necessarily the best work I have made, in fact I think the overall work is quite weak in terms of illustration. However, I feel the information I have gathered during the module is totally invaluable, and will help me no end become a better illustrator and image make going into future projects.
